    From Warrior II, straighten your front leg. Reach down towards your foot. Reach your other arm up.

  7. Tree Pose (Vrksasana):

    Stand on one leg. Put the other foot on your inner thigh. Put your hands together. Try to balance!

  8. Bridge Pose (Setu Bandhasana):

    Lie on your back. Bend your knees. Lift your hips up. Make a bridge with your body.

  9. Corpse Pose (Savasana):

    Lie on your back. Relax. Close your eyes. Let all your muscles go.

5. How to Breathe (Pranayama)

Breathing is key in yoga. Here are some easy breathing tricks:

  • Belly Breathing:

    Lie on your back. Put one hand on your chest and one on your belly. Breathe in. Your belly should rise. Breathe out. Your belly should fall.

  • Alternate Nostril Breathing:

    Close one nostril. Breathe in through the other. Then close that nostril and breathe out through the first. Keep switching.
