This isn't just about waking up. I'll show you how to use your alarm to really boost your day. Think better focus, less stress, and actually getting things done.
The Basics: Let's Set an Alarm
First things first. Setting an alarm is easy, I promise. It might look a little different depending on if you have an iPhone or Android.
iPhone (or iPad):
- Open the Clock app. You already have it!
- See the Alarm tab? Tap it.
- Hit the + button. Time to set things up!
- Set the time. Use the scroll wheels. Easy.
- Want it to repeat? Tap Repeat. Choose your days.
