  • 1 whole chicken (3-4 pounds), or 2-3 pounds chicken pieces (thighs, drumsticks)

  • 2-3 carrots, chopped

  • 8-10 cups water (or chicken broth)

Step 1: Chicken Time

Rinse the chicken. If it's a whole chicken, take out the giblets. Put the chicken in a big pot.

Step 2: Veggies In!
