We often look outside ourselves for approval. But guess what? Loving yourself is a big deal. It's the very thing that makes you happy, strong, and true to who you are. Figuring out how to develop self-love isn't always easy. It's a journey. You'll discover new things about yourself, accept who you are, and keep trying. Before we get into how to love yourself, let's talk about what it really is. It's not about being stuck-up or thinking you're perfect. Self-love is about truly liking yourself, even the parts you don't love. It's about:
