How to Become More Aware

Okay, so how do you actually do it? Here are some simple things you can try:

1. Try Mindfulness (It's Easier Than You Think)

Mindfulness is just focusing on the present. No need to be a guru. Even a few minutes can help. I tried it last week and it surprisingly calmed me down!

How to do it:

  1. Find a quiet spot.
  2. Sit comfy.
  3. Close your eyes.
