  1. Use Google Calendar: This is the easiest way. When creating an event, you'll see "Add Google Meet video conferencing." Boom! A meeting link appears.
  2. Manual Creation: Need more control? Create a meeting directly on the Meet website. You can tweak settings like disabling chat or adding a waiting room.
  3. Adding People: Just add email addresses to your invite. You can also share the link directly.
  4. Customize your Meeting: Want captions? A recording? A waiting room? You can set all that up!

Joining a Meeting: Click and Go!

  1. Click the Link: Just click the link the organizer sent. Google Meet will open automatically.
