Want to be a really good mentor? It's more than just giving advice. It's about building a strong relationship and helping someone reach their full potential. This guide shows you how.

First things first. What makes a mentor great? Here's the key:
- Build Trust: Create a safe space. Think of it like a friendship – you need trust to be open and honest.
- Listen Actively: Really listen. Don't just wait for your turn to talk. Ask questions. Show you care.
- Communicate Clearly: Be upfront about expectations. Regular check-ins are a must.
- Set Goals & Hold Accountable: Help them set realistic goals. Celebrate wins, and offer support when things get tough.
